  2. En el mismo aceite, hacemos un refrito con los puerros y el pimiento, le ponemos pimienta, un poco de sal, jengibre, laurel y cuando el puerro empiece a dorar ponemos el tomate.
  3. Cuando el refrito se vea hecho y el tomate haya perdido el agua, ponemos el brandy, dejamos que pierda el alcohol y echamos el caldo. Se deja cocinar unos 7 minutos. Incorporamos el bacalao, las almejas y los mejillones que se har谩n en pocos minutos, lo que tarden las almejas en abrirse. Lo tapamos hasta el momento de servirlo.
